LPT Realty today announced that The Terri Hastings Real Estate Group has joined the brokerage, expanding its Canadian presence with an established, multigenerational real estate team serving Grey and Bruce Counties in Ontario.

Founded by Terri Hastings, the team grew from her real estate practice in Grey and Bruce Counties, where she has worked since earning her license in 2006. Since then, Hastings developed a particular niche in waterfront real estate, including the creation of Worldclass Waterfront, the team’s specialized brand serving the region’s waterfront market.

In 2023, Hastings sold the business to her daughter, Jessica Hastings-Lesperance, and son-in-law, Adam Lesperance, while remaining an active REALTOR® with the team and continuing her work with clients. The transition brought a new generation into ownership while maintaining the local relationships and market knowledge established under Hastings’s leadership.

Before entering real estate, Hastings-Lesperance and Lesperance built businesses together across agriculture, fitness, organic food, and tree removal, in addition to operating a 200-sheep farm. Hastings-Lesperance’s career spans business ownership, media, publishing, and brand development, experience she now applies across the team’s operations, marketing, technology, and business strategy. Lesperance leads sales and REALTOR® performance and remains an active producer, having personally closed 70 transactions in 2025.

Over the past three years, the initiative has generated in-kind contributions valued in the six figures for local individuals, families, and organizations.
